Partners
Most of this chain is already built. You only have to stand at one link.
The reason clean cooking ventures stall is that each one tries to build the whole chain at once. We hold the links that are hardest to acquire, so a partner brings what they are already good at rather than everything.

What you plug into
Four things that take years to build, already standing.
A licence position that already covers the country
Permits to trade and to haul LPG nationally, and letters of no objection in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. A partner does not have to build a licence position to reach a market with us.
Equipment made rather than sourced
Cylinders, cookers and accessories produced and recertified at our own plant in Nigeria. Equipment supply is inside the programme rather than a procurement risk sitting outside it.
Storage with forward cover
Inland bulk storage held close to market. A territory does not open until forward gas cover is confirmed, so volume is committed against stock rather than against intention.
A last mile that already exists
GASpreneur retailers trading in the wards today, and the platform that records every exchange. This is the part nobody can buy in, and it is the part that decides whether a programme holds.
Where partners sit
Six links. We run the two that nobody else wants.
Gas supply, second-mile distribution, the institutional frame and carbon finance all have strong counterparties. Manufacturing and the last mile are where programmes come apart, so those are the two we built ourselves rather than contracted out.
- Partner link
Gas supply and storage
Terminal throughput and inland bulk storage.
- Partner link
Second-mile distribution
Bulk product moved from the depot toward the market.
- GAS360 runs this
Manufacturing and filling
Cylinders, cookers and accessories made, filled and recertified.
GAS360 - GAS360 runs this
The last mile
GASpreneurs exchanging cylinders with households, ward by ward.
GAS360 - Partner link
Licence, verification and policy
The permissions, the methodology and the policy the programme runs inside.
- Partner link
Carbon developers and finance
Developers taking territories inside the programme, and the finance that pays for household access.
Open to developers
Counterparties to commercial supply, distribution and financing arrangements are named on request, subject to the confidentiality terms of those agreements. The same applies to the terms of the GASpreneur scheme, which are set out with an applicant directly.
How we partner
What each kind of partner gets.
Supply
Offtake into a demand base that refills every month rather than buys once. Territories are gated on confirmed forward cover, so the volume is planned against stock rather than forecast.
Distribution
A second mile with somewhere to go. We take product from the depot and put it in a kitchen, which is the leg that normally has no counterparty at all.
Capital
Exposure to manufacturing, storage and a household book that is verified rather than estimated, against governance that is written down and kept current.
Carbon developers and finance
A territory that can be opened on a 30 day standard, with the licence position, the supply and the measurement layer already in place. A developer brings the programme and the capital rather than a distribution network built from nothing.
Institutional
A programme built to be inspected rather than described. Every figure carries an as-at date and a named source, and where a number is still being reconciled we do not publish it.
Governance matters to us, to the people who fund this business and to the people who supply it. How we handle safety, household data, procurement and conflicts of interest is written down, kept current and shared.
