Footprint
Expanding across Nigeria.
We saturate a ward before opening the next one. Density is what makes the last mile economic: a retailer serving a thousand households within walking distance is a business, the same thousand spread across a state is a delivery cost.

Territories
Three zones activated. Licensed in all six.
Eight territories are deployed today across North Central, North West and North East, with inland bulk storage infrastructure behind them. The southern zones are licensed and open on the same 30 day standard.
Permits and letters of no objection cover all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, so a zone that has not been activated is a scheduling question rather than a licensing one. Any market opens on the same 30 day standard.

The measurement gap
Nigeria has a national target and no instrument that counts households.
Thirty-six states, 774 local government areas, 8,809 wards. Policy is set nationally and cooking happens at ward level, and almost nothing connects the two. Every household we convert is GPS-tagged to a ward, which makes this footprint a measurement layer as well as a market.
